Winston Churchill

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts” – Winston Churchill

I’m going to start off by talking about the first portion of this quote that says “Success is not final…”. This part of this quote can be beneficial to so many people out in the world today simply because they think that because they have become successful they can’t hit rock bottom. When in fact, there can still be many things that can happen to make your success lessen or just go away all together. Another problem is that people who have come by success most of the time think that they can try less because there’s no need for hard work when you’ve already reached the top. News flash!

Just because your successful doesn’t mean you can stop trying. The next part of the quote says,”failure is not fatal…” This section is also very true and proves to have messages that can be beneficial to people. Failure is anything but fatal. Sure it can bring you down for a little bit, but in the end don’t let it ruin you! Failure will help you grow in ways you never knew. By learning what caused the mistakes you can then avoid future unintended consequences because you now know how to prevent them. There will still be problems and issues in every situation but by making those mistakes you can improve. Embrace your mistakes, don’t hide from them! The last part of the quote says,”…it is the courage to continue that counts”. To get through the hard times that may be caused from a loss of success, or motivation due to failures/ mistakes made you need courage. The best way to stay positive and to keep going is to stay strong and just move on- keep going up. Even if you hit rock bottom, don’t look down, keep climbing. And if you fall? Get right back up, face your problems, and try again.
